GIMCRACK / CANDY SNATCHERS split 7 inch
Since this is about Pensacola punk I'm just going to post the Gimcrack side of this. And I know it's not cool but I stole it from this blog. And my penance will be to add his link to this page and thank him for the original post for this.
And if you go to his blog, Nostalgia Isn't What it Used to Be, you can also snag Hinge - which shared some Gimcrack members.
NEW BROADCAST demo CD unknown year
Aaron Taylor and Scott Bryant
New Broadcast demos. Five tracks. Song titles unknown.
Aaron Taylor guitar, Christopher Bryant - vocals, Jared Braddock - drums, Brian White - guitar
Aaron Taylor played in American Suicide, Christopher Scott Bryant played in Hinge, Gimcrack, Jared Braddock played drums in I.O.D. and Brian White - sorry I can't remember what other bands you were in so fill me in here folks.
*Any corrections to this or extra info would be appreciated!
NEUTRONIC
Here's some Neutronic from about 10 years ago. Chris is the singer in the foto here and unfortunately I cannot remember the guitarist's name shown here. Kent Stanton was once a member as was Kenny of The Scaries and Josh played the drums. Josh went on to play in Japanic. Word had it that someone got a tape of Neutronic to Steve Albini who listened to it and didn't like it. Too bad for Albini.
*please notify me if you can make any corrections to this entry

Oh Pensacola, Up Yours!
Please find for your enjoyment a new albeit temporary site to post until we can get the real deal website up and running for the Pensacola Punk History Book Project.
In case you've just tuned in for the first time, word has been going around for years that a book about Pensacola's punk historic past should be put down in words and pictures for all the world to see. It is long past due so we're going to get it done.
The book will focus on the first 20 years of Pensacola's punk history from 1980 up to 2000. Pensacola punks old and new are contributing their stories, ideas, pictures and music for the project and as such, the book is going to be created by all who contribute their experiences.
Contributions are welcome so do please leave your calling card.
